R&B Kitchen is bringing soulful Louisiana flavors to the table, and St. Ambrose’s own Finn McLaren—who was voted Benzie’s Favorite Chef in the Record Patriot’s Reader’s Choice—will be cooking up some Mardi Gras magic.\nFrom Shrimp & Grits to Boudin Balls, this menu will have your taste buds dancing in true NOLA fashion! And what’s a Cajun feast without the perfect drink? We’ve got meads, wines, cysers, and beers on tap to keep the party going all night long.\nThe regular menu will not be available, and all food service will be indoors—so unfortunately, our four-legged friends will have to sit this one out.
