Brick oven, made to order pizza! We use fresh ingredients and grow our own herbs. Our traditional brick wood fired oven easily reaches a cooking temperature of 450c/850f. This cooks a pizza in less than three minutes! The crusts are cooked, but soft, and still moist with a light crisp and char at the outer edge. The crust features bubbles and the toppings in a hot oven cook quickly, retaining more flavor and the freshness, as well as some smokiness.

Ricotta cheese, mozzarella, pecorino romano, parmesan, olive oil, fresh basil, zucchini, roasted cherry tomato (when in season) 

Mediterranean (Olive Oil Pizza) 
Roasted garlic olive oil, fresh tomato, feta cheese, mozzarella, roasted red peppers, kalamata olives, artichokes, red pepper flake, pepperoncini
