St. Ambrose Cellars
40 years of beekeeping led us to making mead - which led to making wine ... then we added ciders ... and now we've got beer and pizza. Where are we headed next? Nobody knows.
At St. Ambrose Cellars, we make award-winning meads, wines, ciders, and beers. Our tasting room features 18 draft taps and a full menu of still meads, red wines, and white wines. Our food truck and brick oven pizza serve up the eats on weekends, and talented musicians take the stage every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
You'll find a nine hole disc golf course, bocce ball court, yard games, and a bee garden outside.

It's time to kick off summer - and we're starting it with a bang by bringing back Cyser Lab! Join us all weekend for special limited edition cyser releases on the lawn, and all your classic favorites in the tasting room! Barefoot joins us for music on Friday night, The Lofteez take over on Saturday night, and our Summer Jazz series kicks off with Ted Alan and friends on Sunday evening. Don't miss us this holiday weekend!
Mead is the world's oldest alcoholic beverage, and is made with fermented honey, water, and yeast. Our draft meads take this ancient art and add carbonation and bold new flavors for a gluten-free, 7% ABV drink with a satisfying sweetness and exciting taste.
In our tasting room we have 18 taps featuring a selection of draft meads, ciders, and beers. We distribute 8 varieties of our draft mead to stores around the country, and direct to you with our online store.
