All through the month of October, St. Ambrose Cellars is teaming up with the Benzie County Animal Control shelter to be a drop off location for much needed supplies to take care of these shelter animals. In 2022, Animal Control helped 237 dogs and cats find forever homes. In doing so, they went through a between 4,000 and 5,000 lbs of dog food, around 1,000 pounds of cat food and between 4,000 and 5,000 lbs of cat litter. They need our help to continue taking care of the four-legged friends.
