Chili Bowl Showdown Registration

Participant Requirements

Prepare a minimum of 2 gallons of your chili. Bring your own utensils, heating equipment (e.g., crockpots), and service tools (we’ll provide tasting cups and plastic spoons). Follow all local and state food regulations. Clearly disclose allergens or indicate if your chili is allergen-free.
